Drove well but the Fluid Drive was a pain. Plus, as a Florida

3 years and lots of $$$ but never got it to run right. When
it did, it would go anywhere.. slowly. Did I mention I don't

(Wife's car...) Front wheel drive, 5-cyl and 3 fuse
boxes. Miserable to work on - what's up with the crappy canister oil filter and belly pan? 25 minutes to change the oil, I can do the 240 in 5 minutes. FORD YOU STINK AND SO DID THIS CAR!! |

A long-time friend's car purchased by another friend and then onto us. Speedy it ain't! But you can't beat the simple, reliable and tough 240. I'm empowered by being able to do virtually all the work on it myself. A Ford Falcon with ABS and air bags! |

K-1500 Silverado |
2 |
The time came to replace the old red K-2500 with a roomier truck the whole family could go in. I'll miss the simplicity of the old one, vortec, power windows and all the options on this new Silverado are just toys that'll break... But if it is 1/2 as good as the old 2500, it will be a fine vehicle. |

(Wife's car) Got fed up with the V-70 and traded it. Honda is the new Volvo: reliable, safe, holds its value, easy to work on. (Not that it ever needs to be worked on...) |
